GOP bills would cut healthcare for millions

The House Republican Health (Don't) Care Bill, called the American Health Care Act, would not allow states to use "direct spending" on "prohibited entities" with federal funds allocated from the AHCA for one year. Prohibited entities are defined as any "essential community provider" that is "primarily engaged in family planning services, reproductive health, and related medical care" or "provides for abortions."
