We will have two speakers. At 10 am, Joan Smith will report on her nine months of volunteer service at Casa del Migrante, a house for migrants run by the Scalabrini order, in Guatemala. At 11 a.m., Luis Zaldana, Macomb County Hispanic Ministry director for the Archdiocese of Detroit will speak about the the challenges of supporting undocumented immigrants in Macomb County.
