Rally Against Deforestation!

Date:
Tue, Dec 13, 2016 - 11:30am to 2:30pm

Burger King is the 2nd largest burger chain in the world and, right now, their suppliers of beef, palm oil, and soy are contributing to MASSIVE amounts of DEFORESTATION in Latin America. A huge amount of this deforestation is on indigenous lands and illegal. It's leading to the loss of habitat for animals like sloths and jaguars as well as emitting huge amounts of climate pollution.

It's time Burger King adopt a zero-deforestation policy, like McDonald's has already done. It's up to us to make that happen.
