A Call to All Who are Fighting on Behalf of Social and Economic Justice!

-How Do We Take Power?
-How Do We Accomplish Our Goals For Social and Economic Justice?

We know the issues! We’ve been fighting on their behalf for a long time now. October 12 is the time we need to share our experiences, goals, and strategies for success.

If unity is power, let’s use this time - together - to begin the formation of a unified coalition of forces to accomplish our shared goals of social and economic justice.

Let’s answer these questions together:
-What are our goals?
-What does it mean to take power?
-Do our issues derive from a common source?
-Are there lessons from history that can inform our activity today and our activity tomorrow?

Join us and the sponsoring groups below in answering these questions! Unity is power!

Agenda:
A. Statement of Purpose
B. Introductions
C. Answering the Questions
D. Coalition building

Pot luck food will be provided (bring a dish to pass if you are able!) along with child care.
