Nonviolent Moral Fusion Direct Action at Michigan State Capital

Mon, May 14, 2018 - 11:30am to 4:00pm

Michigan is just one of over 30 states across the country and Washington DC heading to their state capitals on May 14 to force a serious national examination of the enmeshed evils of systemic racism, systemic poverty, ecological devastation, and the war economy. Join us and the masses in standing with the folks doing nonviolent moral fusion direct action, as we show our elected leaders we will no longer allow the violence of poverty to keep poor and disenfranchised people down. It is time for a moral audit of this nation!

Please take a moment and fill out our MI Poor People's Campaign registration form and share it!

We will be meeting at Central United Methodist Church in Lansing at 11:30 am to practice and learn our Poor People's Campaign: A National Call for Moral Revival movement songs. We will discuss the intentions of the campaign, our goals, and the reality that many Americans face on a daily basis in our morally distorted country.

Some have been trained to participate in non-violent Moral Fusion Direct Action. Everyone is needed to stand with our brothers and sisters in this struggle.
