"Bird-dogging" means confronting lawmakers, officials and other decision makers. We have seen examples of this recently as groups of citizens have confronted officials such as DHS Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen in public.

Paul Davis is with Housing Works and is the founder of Birddog Nation He has trained bird-doggers and resisters across this country.

Westside Cancer Crisis Discussion
