The DDA is considering several street projects on William, First, Ashley, and Huron; so we'll meet at Blake and make a tight circle, talking about the proposed changes and where you think the challenges and opportunities may be. Bridging 23 Unity Walk

Date:
Sat, Jun 2, 2018 - 9:00am to 1:00pm

City:

The WCDP Black Caucus is organizing a non-partisan, Bridging 23 Unity walk set for June 2nd, 2018. We are reaching out to the Washtenaw County Community to support this initiative. The Unity Walk is designed to build a connection across the US 23 dividing line, for which there is a very real perception that US 23 divides our county racially and economically. Walking together from one community into the next is the perfect way to help get people from all accross the county walking and talking together and potentially forming a deeper understanding of our communities.
