This month’s video speaker is Drew Jones, Co-Founder and Co-Director of Climate Interactive, a think tank that provides modeling for climate policies and tools, giving policy-makers a realistic view of what's needed to contain global warming below 2 degrees Celsius. Drew will share details of Climate Interactive's new climate policy simulator En-ROADS, a fast, powerful tool for understanding how we can achieve our climate goals through changes in energy, land use, consumption, agriculture and other policies.

Democratic Debate Action: Informational Meeting

On July 30th, the Frontline Detroit Organizing Committee -- a coalition of environmental and social justice organizations in and around Detroit -- is planning a mass action during the Democratic debate to demand a Green New Deal for Detroit. To spread the word about our plans, we'll be hosting an open information session for community members, activists, and organizers to learn more and get involved.
