Postcards & Pizza Party

Date:
Mon, May 7, 2018 - 5:30pm to 8:30pm

City:

On Monday, May 7, we’re gathering to write postcards to our elected officials, socialize, and network. New format for this party: a speed-dating concept where letter writers gather at tables to hear expert-activists talk for a few minutes on different topics, you write your postcards, and the activists move from table to table. We’ll be writing on 4-6 issues, including gun control, the Enbridge Line 5, and the proposed DTE gas plant. Also new: a phone-calling room. We’ll give you phone numbers to call your reps. It may be after office hours, but you can leave a message.
