NOTE THE VENUE CHANGE! We have been bumped from the Washtenaw County Learning Resource Center due to Jill Stein's election recount. Therefore, we will be meeting at the Pittsfield Township Hall (6201 W. Michigan Avenue in Ann Arbor.)

At this meeting we will have an open discussion about the results of the election and about our path forward. This will be a great opportunity to talk with your fellow Democrats about how we can be more effective in the months and years to come and we heartily encourage you to attend.

This is the first of hopefully many events across the state with the goal of bringing brand new people into our party ahead of the State Convention in February! Are you already a party member who is active? Come on out and drag those 2 friends of yours who vote but refuse to get involved because "the party is corrupt". Are you that friend? Come out and learn how you can effectively make your voice heard!

GIRLS NIGHT OUT III - What's Next?

Bring your friend(s), put on some comfy clothes and support Chris in her new role as Minority Floor Leader. We'll talk about how women are mobilizing across the state and country in response to the Presidential election.

Six of Michigan's DNC (Democratic National Committee) members will be elected at the next Michigan Democratic Party State Central Committeee (MDSCC) meeting. The meeting will take place on December 3rd at Westland City Hall at 12:30pm. These DNC members will vote to decide who the next Chair of the DNC early next year.

We are a coalition of grassroots progressives working to elect Keith Ellison to DNC Chair and to persuade Michigan's DNC members to support him. Join us for a rally to support Keith!
