Revised time for Rally! Get there at 4 and we'll stay till Gov starts her speech.

We'll rally outside the capitol as legislators and others enter to hear the governor's State of the State Address. Bring "Let's Ban Fracking" signs, signs about banning frack wastes, and "Count Our Signatures."
