YOUR CALLS/EMAILS ARE NEEDED!
The "Lame Duck" period begins in the MI state legislature on Monday, November 26 and will run 2-3 weeks. This is when all of the Republicans who were voted out of office in November come back for one last attempt to pass terrible legislation. If you care about the environment, women's reproductive rights, or workers' rights (sick time and minimum wage), PLEASE make your voice heard.

Let's eat cake and write to the 6 Michigan Senators who have sponsored or are reviewing SB1197, a bill that transfers a proposed completed tunnel under the Bridge to the Mackinac Bridge Authority, without funding or impact studies--and possibly removing Enbridge from liabitlies of tunnel or pipeline failures.
All material supplies will be provide. Your individual thoughts are valuable.
