Sun, Mar 11, 2018 - 4:00pm to 5:30pm

Hello all! We are experiencing a healthcare crisis in this country. Over 60% of bankruptcies are due to medical costs. We spend more on healthcare than any other country, yet experience poorer health outcomes than those who have universal healthcare. Health outcomes have been shown to be particularly poor in poverty-stricken, working-class, black and brown communities.

Rally at GOP Congressional Offices to Defend the ACA and Planned Parenthood

Date:
Sat, Mar 25, 2017 - 12:00pm to 1:00pm

The House of Representatives will vote on the bill to “defund” Planned Parenthood and repeal the ACA. However, it is clear that the White House, Speaker Ryan, and House Republican leadership are moving fast and furiously to get this bill to the floor as soon as possible.

These delays are not a victory, it’s a call to action.

On Saturday, March 25 at 12pm, we will rally outside every GOP Congressional office in Michigan to let them know that we believe that every person deserves access to comprehensive healthcare.
