We will be meeting up starting at 6 a.m. Tuesday morning to shut down Detroit ICE for the second day in a row. Please come whenever you can between 6 a.m. and when the office is scheduled to close at 4 p.m.
The tent city is suspended for now.

We Demand an End to the Kent County Contract with ICE

The Kent County government currently has a contract with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). This contract is causing tremendous harm to immigrant families and we demand that the Kent County Commissioners terminate the contract with ICE.

Join us at 8am at Calder Plaza for a brief Press Conference and bring signs. Afterwards we will attend the Kent County Commission meeting and during the public comment, invite people to speak about why a contract with ICE does harm in our community. The Kent County Commission meeting is in the County building, third floor, Room 310.
