StoptheBans letter writing to Mich reps

Date:
Mon, Jun 3, 2019 - 7:00pm to 8:30pm

Reproductive freedoms for women are under attack in our state and nationally. The GOP-led Michigan Legislature could repeal the existing state law for abortion to remain legal. Just last week Michigan lawmakers passed their own legislation banning some forms of abortion-- but Governor Whitmer has said she plans to veto any anti-abortion bills that cross her desk. Those making these oppressive, misogynistic laws in Lansing DO NOT REPRESENT THE MAJORITY OF MICHIGANIANS!

Stop the Bans - Rally with Cecile Richards

Date:
Tue, May 21, 2019 - 5:30pm to 6:30pm

City:

* UPDATE - Former Planned Parenthood President Cecile Richards will be joining us to open the rally at 5:30 PM! *

In Michigan and across the country, we are seeing a new wave of extreme bans on abortion, stripping away reproductive freedom and representing an all-out assault on abortion access.

This is Trump’s anti-choice movement, and it’s terrifying, particularly for women of color, trans and GNC folks, and low-income patients who are most affected by these bans.
