We are excited to celebrate our work thus far as well as build and plan our efforts moving forward. This event will be a place to learn, get resources and connect with others who are in support for this movement. We will speakers from statewide disability and elder care groups as well as care workers. We will create together what it means to be in the Michigan Caring Majority.
This event will be a day of education with issue experts and skill building. Speakers will be addressing specific issues along with their personal experiences. Through panel discussions and group conversations we hope to educate, empower, and encourage women to take back their families, communities, and government!

WHO? Mothers from across Michigan coming together in hope and action today to shape our path for tomorrow.
WHAT? A day of action at the Capitol to celebrate activist mamas and make legislative visits about the Mamas' Agenda and other issues that matter to mothers in Michigan.
WHY? 1) Moms should be sharing their stories on issues like access to paid sick days, affordable childcare, infant and maternal mortality, access to water and healthy food. We all have powerful stories to share.
Join us for the launch of our Universal Family Care campaign in Downriver! U.S. Rep. Dingell and State Rep. Camilleri will speak on the issue of family care & how important access to care is for all michigan families. Refreshments will be served.
