At this event, three Michigan activists will be sharing knowledge of nonviolent direct action through a series of prepared presentations, activities, and loose group conversations. The day is designed to provide a survey of nonviolent direct action strategies, techniques, and ideas, as well as practical skills such as media creation, coalition building, and navigating legal processes.
