Non-Violent Civil Disobedience Training

Join us for this important training on using the Direct Action tactic of Civil Disobedience. The training will cover some history, legal issues, preparing for an arrest and other necessary non-arrestable roles needed when civil disobedience actions take place.
This training is specifically for our larger Abolish ICE campaign, but the tactic of civil disobedience can be used in the current struggles against Climate Change, resisting White Supremacy, fighting Line 5 or resisting any form of injustice.

Can Carbon Capture Be the Solution to Climate Change?

What if we could capture carbon for useful purposes, like making bendable concrete or stronger, lighter metals for the transportation industry? Are carbon capture and sequestration (CCS) or carbon capture and utilization (CCU) viable solutions for solving the climate crisis, or are they simply diverting funds from other clean energy research?
