AA Indvisible meets Saturday December 7th at 3 pm.

Sat, Dec 7, 2019 - 3:00pm to 5:00pm

Ann Arbor Indivisible will meet this Saturday at 3 PM, and if you support defeating Trump in the 2020 election, and reversing his agenda, you're invited!

We'll also be discussing a plan to quickly reduce carbon emissions in Ann Arbor because we need to do our part to stop the climate emergency. We'll talk about upcoming meetings with Ann Arbor's Office of Sustainability and Innovation, AKA the Climate Emergency Committee.

Yes, Ann Arbor declared a climate emergency in the city. Trump won't do it for the U.S. The U.S. House of Representatives isn't doing it. For example, Debbie Dingell is not co-sponsoring a resolution of climate emergency, H.Con.Res 52. The State of Michigan can't do it because the Republicans would block it. Washtenaw County DID declare one, and now Ann Arbor has too. We're doing the best we can in the time of Trump.

We will also compare the Green New Deal to the 100% Clean Economy Act.

If you are interested in a livable climate in the future without Trump, you are welcome to join us!
