Planned Parenthood Birthday Party! (Washtenaw County)

Join us at the newly renovated Circ Bar near downtown Ann Arbor to celebrate Planned Parenthood’s birthday! We’ll have use of both the backroom and open rooftop deck for our drinks, mocktails, and cake. Come hang out to get PP swag, learn about Planned Parenthood and vision for our future, make Planned Parenthood themed crafts, and play games. All ages are welcome until 9PM, but those under 18 will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. After 9PM, Circ Bar is 21+.

Community Forum on the Michigan Water Crisis

In this forum, Debra Taylor will share “Mapping the Water Crisis,” which is an interdisciplinary study on the water crisis from We The People Of Detroit. Sylvia Orduno will tell us all about The People's Water Board Coalition's “Water Affordability plan.” Then, Valerie Blakey will present her lived experiences of the ongoing water crises across the state of Michigan, including Flint and the lesser publicized one in Detroit.

Land Preservation Programs), Ginny Trocchio (Washtenaw County Natural Area Preservation Program), Remy Long (Ann Arbor Greenbelt), Jack Smiley (Founder of SE Michigan Land Conservancy) and Diana Kern (Legacy Land Conservancy).
