It’s been over 2 months since contaminated land collapsed into the Detroit River and the site has yet to be remediated. It’s clear that the City of Detroit could be doing more to protect our communities and our water. That’s why we need a Detroit Waterway Protection Ordinance so situations like this one never happens again.
